ABOUT

A diagnostic for the foundation underneath your marketing function

I built the Revenue Signal Audit to tell a revenue leader exactly where the signal is breaking before it ever reaches the pipeline. It does not review your campaigns, creative, or channels. It reviews the trench layer underneath them: the four dimensions that decide whether good marketing work ever converts into booked, attributed, and accountable revenue.

Those four dimensions are Source of Truth, Lead-to-Revenue Plumbing, Signal-to-Action Velocity, and Sales-Marketing Accountability. Each is scored on a one-to-five scale, and the lowest score becomes the focus of a written diagnostic memo with a 30, 60, and 90-day plan. The point is not to grade your team. The point is to name the one place where fixing the architecture will unlock everything downstream.

I built it for VPs of Marketing, revenue leaders, and operators who suspect the problem is not effort but infrastructure: leads that never get attributed, signals that never get acted on, and reporting that no one fully trusts. If a new campaign has stopped moving your pipeline, the audit tells you whether the issue is the campaign or the plumbing underneath it.

I have spent 17 years in this trench layer, working in CRM data since 2006 across Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot. I have built the marketing function from scratch four times and led international expansion through a $140M acquisition. At Tagger Media, I rebuilt attribution following our acquisition by Sprout Social, correcting Salesforce-credited revenue from $210K to $5.4M in verified closed-won and taking the company to second in category share of voice. At Tillster, I delivered $70M in closed-won revenue on a $1.672M marketing budget against Toast and Olo. Earlier at Acxiom, an integrated Travel campaign returned 105:1 ROI on $29M in closed-won.

The audit is a tool, not a sales funnel. There is nothing to buy.
